Orders
When you place an order you'll get a confirmation email. An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay, including any shipping charges and discounts. Sales tax is added where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.
Products
Kits ship flat: balloons arrive uninflated and you build the arch at home following our instructions. Build times are estimates. Balloon colours on screen are approximate and can vary slightly between batches and finishes. Photos, including styled lookbook images, show how an arch can look and may include props that aren't part of the kit.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our returns & refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.
Balloon safety
Choking hazard: children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children and discard broken balloons at once.
Latex: our balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions. Don't use them if anyone handling them or at your event has a latex allergy.
Never release balloons outdoors. Dispose of them in the trash after your event. Keep balloons away from heat, sharp objects and power lines, and secure outdoor arches safely.
White-glove installation
White-glove installs are available in California, Nevada and Arizona. Details, timing, venue access and cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book. You're responsible for getting any venue permission the install needs.
Coupons, rewards and referrals
Coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be single-use. Rewards cashback and referral rewards follow the rules on our rewards page. We may change or end promotions and the rewards program, and we may cancel rewards gained through fraud or abuse.
Accounts
Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Marketplace and vendors
Independent vendors and installers listed in our marketplace are not Party Box employees. Vendors agree to separate vendor terms when they join.
Content and intellectual property
The Party Box name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Party Box or its licensors. You may share links to our pages and use our free tools and embeddable widgets as described on those pages, but you may not copy or resell our content or designs without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Party Box is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
