Where we ship
We ship Party Box kits to addresses in the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.
How long it takes
Every kit is hand-packaged to order. Kits usually ship in about 5–7 days, and you'll get tracking details by email once your box is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location. Custom arches may take a little longer because they're made to your design; we'll let you know if your order needs extra time.
Planning for a date? Order at least two weeks before your event to be safe, or add expedited shipping at checkout.
Expedited shipping
For a flat $50 you can add expedited shipping at checkout on pre-made and custom kits. Your kit moves to the front of the production line and ships with a faster courier service.
What arrives
Your kit ships flat: the balloons arrive uninflated, counted and bagged by cluster, together with the loop balloons, Magic Tape, a thank-you card and step-by-step building and hanging instructions. Build time varies by size: about 1–2 hours for 5–10 ft arches and several hours for 20–40 ft, where we recommend an electric balloon pump for those sizes. No helium is needed.
White-glove installation
In California, Nevada and Arizona our team can design and install your arch on site. White-glove bookings are scheduled with you directly, so the shipping times above don't apply.
Damaged, missing or lost packages
If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send replacements. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your building's mail room, then let us know and we'll help with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it before your kit ships, but not after.
